EPCO – a niche commercial property practice specialising in the provision of Energy Performance services throughout Scotland.

 

Providing Energy Performance Certificates, Section 63 Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates, EPCO works on behalf of a wide range of clients from private individuals, specialist Property Companies, UK funds & Institutions, International Investors and public organisations across Scotland.

 

The company was formed by Neil McCreath MRICS, an honours graduate from Heriot-Watt University and a former Jones Lang LaSalle Surveyor.

 

After becoming a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor in 2008, Neil established EPCO in 2009 to react to the ever increasing demand for energy efficient commercial property by providing services which are not only now required by law, but which are also demanded by the modern owner and occupier of commercial property in today's world.

 

Neil is a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor and commercial property Energy Assessor, providing EPC’s, Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates for Commercial Properties in Scotland.
